We are AMARA, a Baja restaurant, cocktail bar, and event venue on a hillside in Cabo San Lucas, where history meets the sea, with the Sea of Cortez on the horizon. Chef Andrés Bracamontes cooks the flavors of the peninsula, drawn from the sea, the fire, and the region’s farms.

Baja fine dining: breakfast Monday to Saturday, unlimited Sunday brunch, and dinner nightly except Wednesday, with a raw and oyster bar, steaks cooked over fire, and a wine list from Baja and Valle de Guadalupe curated by Wine Director and Sommelier Miguel Hernández.
What kind of food do you serve?
Yes. Head Mixologist Grecko Zanatta builds our cocktails on Baja botanicals and Mexican spirits, best at golden hour with the sea on the horizon.
Can I host a wedding or private event?
Yes. AMARA is also an event venue in Los Cabos: our outdoor space hosts weddings and private events, with a chapel for up to 144 guests and an explanada for up to 500, plus terraces and gardens facing the sea.
